DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
 
The luggage storage service consists of the rental of lockers located inside this room and suitable for holding luggage for a period ranging from a minimum of one hour to a maximum of 60 days.
 
1 – The rates for luggage storage and storage are determined by Store My Luggage and are visibly displayed both on the site and inside the venue.
 
2 – Store My Luggage is not responsible, in any case, for any object or money contained in the baggage. Customers are therefore responsible for their baggage and everything contained in it.
 
3 – It is forbidden to deposit plants or animals, alive or dead, baggage containing goods or materials that are easily flammable, easily perishable, exude bad smells, prohibited by law or which may in any case cause deterioration of the baggage storage infrastructure or damage to other stored baggage.
 
4 – Store my Luggage is open every day from 8:00 to 22:00. Please collect your baggage before the venue closing time. Otherwise, it will only be possible to access it the following day with the payment of an extra day.
 
5 – Store My Luggage is subject to video surveillance 24 hours a day
 
6 – Store My Luggage is strictly non-smoking.
 
7 – The use of Store My Luggage is permitted only to those over the age of 18 or accompanied minors.
 
8 – Payment for the service is accepted only by credit or debit card with the exception of American Express.
 
9 – Please close the box correctly after use, under penalty of a further charge of €20,00.
 
10 – Access to the premises is always permitted not only to employees and those in charge of monitoring and managing the service, but also to law enforcement officials, if the request is motivated by service and/or safety needs.
 
11 – For security reasons, any forgotten and unclaimed object or baggage will be automatically destroyed 5 days after the end of using the locker.
 
12 – Store My Luggage reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary in the event of misuse and/or damage to its capital goods available to customers.
 
13 – No complaints will be accepted and no refund will be provided in case of non-compliant baggage and/or deposits.
 
14 – With payment, the user fully accepts all the conditions established by this regulation which may be modified by Store My Luggage at any time.
 
15 – For any legal dispute, the competent court will be that of Florence.
